Day 1. After the 30-minute intro call Jordi writes down what you do and what your site needs to do.Day 2. We sketch your site and work it out in colour and typography. This is the trial version.Day 3. You approve the trial version and your website goes online, on mobile too.

Who it's for
For business owners who have been putting off their website for years.
Your website has been up for a while. A nephew made it, or an agency, or a platform whose password you've lost. Not much has happened to it since.
Meanwhile, your customer looks you up on their phone. Are you open? Roughly what does it cost? How do I call? If that isn't right there, they call the next one.
You know this. But at many agencies a new site costs a good chunk upfront, and every change afterwards an hourly rate. So everything stays as it was.

We keep it up to date
Hosting, security and updates are included, and so are all regular changes: a new photo, different opening hours, an edited text. You tell one fixed point of contact, we take care of it. Only extra work, such as photo or video shoots on location or a logo, we agree with you beforehand (€75 per hour excl. VAT).

What if it disappoints?

Stop within 30 days.
Not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment? Then your subscription stops immediately and you get back what you paid. You are then not tied to the 12 months. Article 4

Your domain stays yours.
Your domain is always registered in your name. If you stop, you take it with you. Article 9

Taking over? First 65%, then less and less.
Want to take over your website, including source code? In the first 12 months that costs 65% of the estimated website value. After that the amount drops every month by 10% of the buy-out sum; from month 22 you take it over free of charge. Amounts excl. VAT. Article 9

What does it cost, and is that excluding VAT?
Basic costs €14,95 per month, Medium €29,95 and Advanced €49,95. All amounts are exclusive of 21% VAT. If you are VAT-registered, you deduct the VAT; an association or foundation that is not VAT-registered does pay the VAT. There are no upfront costs. In the first year you therefore pay €179,40, €359,40 or €599,40 excl. VAT. All regular changes are included.
What does bigger work cost?
All regular changes and updates are included in the monthly fee. For extra work, such as photo or video shoots on location, logo design, paid advertising campaigns, moving an existing webshop with more than 50 products, or features that require custom development, we agree a price with you beforehand. The hourly rate is €75 excl. VAT.
Why monthly and not one-off?
A website is never finished. New phones, updates and new photos or opening hours keep coming. For a fixed monthly fee we take care of that, so you don't have to think about it.
What if I want to cancel?
The first contract runs for 12 months; you pay for those months. After that you cancel per month, with one month's notice, by email to info@promobo.nl. If you stop within 30 days, you get back what you paid and the obligation of 12 months lapses. What you can do with your website afterwards, you can read in the next question.
Who owns my website?
Your domain name is always registered in your name. You use the website itself through your subscription: we build it, host it and keep it up to date. If you want to take it over, including source code, you buy it out. We set that amount together at the start: 65% of the estimated website value in the first year (excl. VAT). From month 13 it drops every month, and from the 22nd month you take it over free of charge.
Why should I trust Promobo? I don't know you.
Fair question. I am Jordi Raanhuis and started Promobo in 2026 as a sole proprietorship in Hengelo (KvK 99335816). I don't have a long list of clients to refer to yet, and I won't invent one. What you do have: a 30-minute intro call without obligation, a trial version before you go live, and 30 days to stop and get back what you paid.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment? Then your subscription stops immediately and you get back what you paid. You are then not tied to the 12 months. After that the contract runs until 12 months have passed. Do you have a complaint? Call me, and we'll first try to solve it together.
How quickly is my website live?
Within 3 days after you have given your approval and we have your texts and photos. If your website is more complicated, I'll tell you beforehand.
I already have a domain name. Can I keep it?
Yes. Your domain name is always registered in your name with the registrar. We manage it for you, but you remain the owner.
Can I also get a webshop?
That depends on what you want to sell. Give us a call and we'll look together at which package fits and what it costs.
How do I pay?
By automatic direct debit, every month around the first (via Mollie). If a payment fails, you first receive a reminder.
Can the monthly fee go up?
Once a year, on 1 January, the rates may be adjusted. You will hear this at least 30 days in advance.
Is Promobo also for me as a private individual?
No, Promobo only works for business owners, companies and associations.

An intro call of 30 minutes costs nothing and commits you to nothing. After that you know whether this suits you.
